wordpress performance improvement

Need to improve performance of wordpress website. We are not new to this field, but need an expert help. Need to suggest the changes that can be made to get the rating from F to A or B in GTMetrix. Applicant will need to show their previous work like the sites they have optimized. If not such links are found in the bid, it will be deleted immediately.
