Good value monthly payment to maintain the website with future php upgrades, security and fixing any and all problem is they arise.
With good value for money quote for future improvements to the website.
8.
The website well made and clearly laid with notes so that any other company can take over anytime.
9.
GEO IP system should be update regularly automatically by the site.
10.
The best current php and all customised app urls upgraded to that php and optimised.
11.
Site should be finish in the agreed time or a % discount offered per day late.
12.
Milestones clearly laid out so that each is not paid until that section is fully finished and fully tested.
With the final 20% not paid until all is transferred, working 100% and fully tested.
The original agreed to monthly fee for repairs, maintenance, php and security upgrades, and upkeep needs to be continued for at least 3 years.
