c# show user list with active chat thread

Create C# Winforms .NET 5.0 application which uses
https://developers.freelancer.com/docs

Need to show users to whom I wrote or who wrote to me(active chat thread).
List should contains:
-status(online or not)
-avatar
-name
-the first text of the last message
-project name
At the bottom of List is the search box by name

If I got new message, the user who sent me message should be highlighted and genereated event with parameters: projectId, userId
If I click on the user in this list, I should get: userId, projectId
Design is the same as on Freelancer com

This application will be working all the time and listen all input messages
