I have a project that I need help with for Deterministic Finite Automata, Extended Backus-Naur Form, Non, Deterministic Finite Automata, Context Free Grammar & Context Free Language, and Regular Expressions.

I need a python function that gose like this def Stringbetween(Start, End, String) It should return any text between the start and the end string inside of the string varaible. I have already made this but for some reason it fails to work with certain strings because they string of text it is looking for contains a special character and it is not being escaped I guess.
