We are struggling with the Appfolio Owner Held Sec Dep set up and how to update them. Appfolio has been helping us however they say we are taking up too much support time. We need help updating them, posting move outs, posting move ins and the diagnostic report.

I use appfolio and quickbooks and trying to find an easier way to integrate the two.

I would like a script created that syncs documents from Appolfio into Dropbox Building Name - Unit # - Tenant Name Inside the Tenant folders would be everything that has been added by our leasing agents and the auto generated PDFs from Appfolio that are already stored in Appfolio. I just want a copy of everything right now and on some regular interval it pulls new documents.
